Backed by one of the world’s most respected fashion houses, the brand combines startup energy with serious support. From design to distribution, everything is in place — now we need a sharp, commercially-minded leader to take it to market.
We are seeking a Commercial Manager to build and lead our UK wholesale business. This is a critical hire — someone who knows how to shape strategy, own budgets, manage key retail relationships, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
You’ll work closely with product, planning, and marketing to ensure the brand shows up in the right places, in the right way, with the right partners — while keeping a clear eye on profit, volume, and long-term value.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Commercial Strategy & Planning
- Build seasonal revenue and margin forecasts by account and channel
- Develop and implement commercial strategies that support growth across key UK retailers
- Set account-level targets and align them with business goals and seasonal calendars
- Wholesale Partner Management
- Lead negotiations and joint business planning with key department stores, e-commerce platforms, and multi-brand retailers
- Align assortments, distribution plans, and activation strategies by partner
- Act as a trusted point of contact and commercial advisor to your accounts
- Performance Management & Reporting
- Track account performance across sell-in, sell-through, and margin
- Report regularly to leadership with insights, risks, and opportunities
- Adjust strategy based on trade trends, customer data, and seasonal shifts
- Promotions, Trade Terms & Budget Control
- Manage trade terms, markdowns, and coop marketing spend within agreed parameters
- Protect profitability through smart planning and margin discipline
- Identify levers for in-season support where needed
- Collaboration & Internal Alignment
- Work cross-functionally with planning, merchandising, and marketing to ensure execution excellence
- Provide the commercial lens during product development and go-to-market planning
- Ensure alignment between product offering and market needs
