Part Time Accounts Assistant Our Moulton Park based client is looking for an experienced Part Time Accounts Assistant to join their growing team. The role is offered with hybrid working – 3 days per week in the office and 20 hours per week over 5 days. Start and finish times are flexible. You will be working as part of a small, friendly team covering all aspects of sales ledger, purchase ledger and cashbooks. Responsibilities will include: Maintain sales ledger Credit control Maintain purchase ledger To book bank transactions on Sage and Salesforce To do intercompany transactions Investigate and resolve queries Organise monthly payment runs You should have at least 3 years’ previous similar experience with good sales and purchase ledger skills, be IT literate with excellent organisation and communication skills.
