This is a key role within the team, providing high-quality support to ensure Employee Services Consultants and Directors can consistently deliver exceptional service to clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Support and train team members to maintain a high-quality service
- Provide high quality technical support
- Prepare accurate reports, quotes, and client documents
- Improve processes and update templates to boost efficiency
- Manage claims, renewals, and scheme updates, keeping all parties informed
- Handle new business enquiries promptly and professionally
- Process client claims and provide regular updates
- Keep all documentation and records accurate and up to date
Skills & experience required:
- Active CPD
- Experience in working for an Employee Benefits Consultancy or IFA specialising in Employee Benefits
- Working towards Diploma level 4
- Proficient in Group Schemes
- Strong industry knowledge
