We are hiring an experienced Corporate Catering Manager to lead high-volume catering operations within a contracted hotel setting in Altrincham. If you're a hands-on leader with a passion for food and a sharp eye for budgets, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

You will oversee the full catering function, from managing kitchen operations and leading a dynamic team, to maintaining food safety standards and ensuring top-tier service delivery. This is a key position working closely with hotel clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional results.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading, inspiring and managing a catering team including chefs and logistics personnel
  • Being hands-on with food preparation and service during peak times
  • Managing budgets, food cost of sales, payroll and inventory
  • Ensuring compliance with HACCP and all food hygiene and health & safety standards
  • Collaborating on menu planning and maintaining service excellence
  • Monitoring supplier performance and managing procurement efficiently
  • Overseeing staff training, development, and performance reviews
  • Building strong client relationships within the hotel environment

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale or hotel catering operations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
