About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Youth Engagement Mentor Coordinator to lead our work with young people, ensuring they’re supported, inspired, and connected to meaningful work experiences. In this exciting role, you’ll:

  • Support and engage work with learners mentoring programmes
  • Coordinate partnerships with schools, employers, and youth organisations
  • Provide 1:1 mentoring support and group workshops
  • Empower young people to build confidence, skills, and brighter futures
  • Support and engage to continuously improve programme delivery

About You

You’ll be a natural connector, motivator, and problem-solver with:

  • Proven experience working directly with young people, young adults
  • Hands-on experience designing and delivering work experience or employability programmes
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills
  • Confidence working with diverse communities and adapting approaches to meet different needs
  • The ability to lead with empathy, passion, and professionalism

Bonus if you have:

  • Youth work qualification
  • Full drivers licence and own vehicle
  • Experience with safeguarding and trauma-informed approaches
  • Existing networks within the education or youth employment sector
