About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Youth Engagement Mentor Coordinator to lead our work with young people, ensuring they’re supported, inspired, and connected to meaningful work experiences. In this exciting role, you’ll:
- Support and engage work with learners mentoring programmes
- Coordinate partnerships with schools, employers, and youth organisations
- Provide 1:1 mentoring support and group workshops
- Empower young people to build confidence, skills, and brighter futures
- Support and engage to continuously improve programme delivery
About You
You’ll be a natural connector, motivator, and problem-solver with:
- Proven experience working directly with young people, young adults
- Hands-on experience designing and delivering work experience or employability programmes
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills
- Confidence working with diverse communities and adapting approaches to meet different needs
- The ability to lead with empathy, passion, and professionalism
Bonus if you have:
- Youth work qualification
- Full drivers licence and own vehicle
- Experience with safeguarding and trauma-informed approaches
- Existing networks within the education or youth employment sector
