For Companies We are currently supporting a Private Equity backed business undergoing major transformation, including a significant restructure of their operating model. Working closely with HR Systems, People Analytics, and HR Business Partners, this role will play a key part in optimising the use of Orgvue to enable data-driven, impactful organisational decisions.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the in-house super user for Orgvue, providing expertise and guidance to ensure the tool is fully leveraged across the business.
- Support organisational design initiatives by analysing and modelling people data through Orgvue.
- Partner with HR Systems and People Analytics teams to ensure the integrity and accuracy of people data within Orgvue.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Orgvue, driving continuous improvements in standard reporting and dashboard capabilities for HR Business Partners and senior stakeholders.
- Lead the rollout and adoption of Orgvue across the HR function, ensuring colleagues are trained and confident in using the platform effectively.
