Your new role
As a Senior Marketing Manager, you'll play a crucial role within the Marketing, Comms, and Brand team. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, this is a senior leadership position where you'll deliver effective marketing plans to support the business' growth ambitions and have a significant role in shaping their global brand identity over the next 5+ years. Day-to-day, you'll line manage a Marketing Manager and partner closely with the Employee Benefits division to deliver commercially sound multichannel campaigns to inspire and engage their target audience and contribute to growth. This is a permanent, full-time role based in the City of London with a 3/2 hybrid working arrangement.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience at Marketing Manager+ level with an insurance broker with a strong track record of success is essential
- Experience in marketing Employee Benefits would be advantageous
- Understand the complexities and nuisances of working in a large, multinational organisation
- Can demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills and have line management experience
- Right to Work in the UK - unfortunately, sponsorship is not available for this role
