The Opportunity: As a General Manager – Bournemouth Nissan/Kia/Skoda and Christchurch Kia , you’ll play a pivotal leadership role in the Senior Management Group, with responsibility for the performance of your dealership/s, ensuring success across all areas, including sales, aftersales and customer satisfaction. Reporting directly to the Regional Operational Director, you’ll lead your team to deliver outstanding results while maintaining the high standards of Hendy Group and our manufacturer partners. The Accountabilities: Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate your team to achieve and exceed sales, aftersales and customer satisfaction targets, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence to develop high-performing colleagues. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement short, and long-term business strategies to meet financial and operational goals. Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of sales, service and parts, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across all departments. Financial Oversight: Drive dealership profitability against budget, cashflow forecasts etc. Customer Experience: Ensure a world-class customer experience at every stage of the journey, building loyalty and enhancing the dealership’s reputation. Brand Partnership: Maintain strong relationships with manufacturer partners, ensuring compliance with their standards and objectives. About You: To succeed as General Manager you will need: Proven experience in a management role within the automotive or related industry. A strong track record of delivering operational and financial results. Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
