Due to continued growth, our client is looking to recruit 2 Senior Project Managers - Modular Buildings. They are offering a long-term opportunity for the right person, with a strong package and good development prospects to work across the UK.
They are looking for applicants with proven Project Management or Contract Management experience within Modular Buildings, other Forms of Off-Site Construction such as Timber Frame Buildings, Steel Framed Buildings or Bathroom Pods. Candidates from a Main Contracting / Traditional Build background are also welcome to apply.
The business is well established, has a strong brand and a great reputation selling to clients in Education, Healthcare, and the MOJ, but is capable of working in all sectors. Experience of working in various Frameworks would be beneficial.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will work on projects ranging between £200,000 and £8,000,000. You will be measured on liaising with clients and building strong relationships, handing jobs over in line with contracted programmes, and ensuring jobs are conducted safely. Key responsibilities include managing sub-contractors and finishing jobs on time and on budget while ensuring client satisfaction.
You will manage Site Managers and work as a Team Leader with QS's, the Design Team, the Preconstruction Team, and the Factory Team. The role offers excellent, diverse, and potentially rapid opportunities for career progression into more senior management positions.
