Senior Capital Actuary

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced capital modelling actuary with a general insurance background.
All the relevant skills, qualifications and experience that a successful applicant will need are listed in the following description.
Personal or commercial lines (or Lloyd\’s) experience is essential (or alternatively, experience of capital modelling projects within a consulting environment).
There is a small preference for Igloo, although Tyche or ReMetrica are also fine.

The client has a joint capital modelling team in both London and Dublin and is happy to have a very flexible approach to office requirements, ranging from 2-3 days in the office to fully remote (expectation, if remote, is 1-2 days per month in the office to ensure team connectivity).
A number of the capital team members are already working remotely, and some are based in either City.

The client is looking for someone with solid skills, although they do not necessarily need to be a fellow.
Actuarial experience and ability to work with senior stakeholders are key.
