We are searching for a proactive, highly organised BID and Events Coordinator to lead Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programmes and other non-school services. An opportunity to shape meaningful, high-impact programmes that support children’s development and wellbeing.
BID and Events Coordinator - Key Responsibilities:- Lead the planning and submission of HAF funding bids.
- Represent the business in meetings with councils and funding bodies.
- Source venues and manage provider relationships.
- Support marketing and customer engagement efforts.
- Oversee programme delivery, registration, and compliance.
- Maintain accurate data and support reporting.
