We are looking for a Regulation & Quality Manager to lead and embed best practice across our Ofsted-regulated children's services, ensuring we deliver safe, effective, and high-quality care.

As our Regulation & Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing regulatory compliance, safeguarding standards, and continuous service improvement. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will oversee quality frameworks across residential and +16 supported living services, supporting teams to meet and exceed Ofsted expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead on regulatory compliance in line with Ofsted frameworks, the Children’s Homes Regulations, and Quality Standards.
- Monitor service quality through audits, inspections, and data analysis, identifying areas for improvement.
- Support services to prepare for Ofsted inspections, offering expert advice and guidance.
- Investigate and respond to safeguarding concerns, complaints, and serious incidents.
- Develop and deliver training and quality improvement initiatives to embed a culture of excellence.
- Produce high-quality reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure learning from internal reviews and external inspections is shared and acted upon.
About You
We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented professional with:
- Significant experience working in children’s social and health care services.
- A strong understanding of Ofsted requirements, Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015, and Quality Standards.
- Proven experience in quality assurance, compliance, or regulatory roles.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and report-writing skills.
- The ability to influence, challenge, and support operational teams.
- A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent) is desirable.
