The Opportunity: We’re partnering with a fast-growing regulatory advisory firm to hire a Director-level specialist to lead their Transaction Reporting practice. This is a high-impact role with the mandate to drive growth, shape the service line, and build a market-leading offering from the front. You’ll play a pivotal role in scaling the business – combining delivery expertise, commercial acumen, and leadership to take this practice to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the SME for all matters related to Transaction Reporting (EMIR, MiFIR, SFTR, etc.)
- Lead client engagements across Tier 1 and Tier 2 financial institutions
- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the Transaction Reporting practice
- Build and manage a high-performing team of regulatory consultants
- Maintain strong relationships with key regulatory bodies and industry stakeholders
- Work closely with senior leadership on overall business growth and direction
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven track record leading Transaction Reporting functions, either in consulting, advisory, or in-house at a financial institution
- Deep SME knowledge across major reporting regimes (EMIR, MiFIR, SFTR, etc.)
