Taking on an existing team of experienced delivery consultants who are on track to bill £1.5m this year. Be part of a centralised division to support every team and business unit across Strativ. Being hands-on to lead from the front as you scale out the delivery function.

The Role: What you’ll be doing:
- You’ll take ownership of impactful projects, from exclusive roles with high-growth startups to RPO engagements with leading global companies across multiple regions.
- You will manage and upskill an experienced team of 3-4 delivery consultants day-to-day.
- Play an integral part in developing our delivery business: ensure maximum collaboration with all business units, delivering on roles as well as mapping out candidate pools.
- Utilising your network, leveraging off existing relationships and continuing to develop your industry knowledge to partner with high quality candidates.
The Requirements:
- Experience managing an experienced team is essential - ideally within a relevant industry but not essential. Relevant markets include (but not limited to): aerospace & defence, space, tech (AI/ML, Cyber Security, Software Engineering, et al.), Clean Tech, etc.
- A proven track record of delivering high calibre candidates and building strong relationships while managing day-to-day and upskilling a team.
- Evidence of consistency in performance (SLAs, time to hire, ratio conversion, etc.) both personal and team.
