As a Software Engineering Director, you will:
- Play a key leadership role in overseeing the end-to-end delivery of innovative technology solutions that drive business success.

We are looking for experience in the following skills:
- Technology Delivery Leadership β Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to shape and deliver technology solutions. Oversee multi-location engineering teams and champion best practices in software development and delivery.
- Consultancy Experience - Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and objectives. Provide expert advice and strategic guidance to help clients solve complex problems, improve processes, and leverage technology for growth. Lead the design and implementation of tailored solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs, industry standards, and best practices.
- Technical Leadership β Provide engineering leadership - supporting the regional lead with hiring, career development, and fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Strategic Problem Solving β Demonstrate a broad knowledge of technologies and make pragmatic, informed recommendations that align with business objectives.
- Business Development & Growth β Lead technical teams to craft compelling client solutions, develop commercial models, and contribute to RFP/RFI processes. Confidently present to clients, showcasing expertise and innovative thinking.
- Technical Expertise β Deep understanding of software development life cycles, IT infrastructure, and modern software architectures, including hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Inspiring Leadership β Bring excellent communication (written and verbal), leadership, and interpersonal skills to guide teams, engage stakeholders, and drive success.
- Quality Assurance & Technical Excellence β Ensure technology solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with business needs. Conduct in-depth assessments and provide guidance where necessary.
