Infinite Talent is working with a pioneering design-led business rooted in craftsmanship, collaboration, and continuous innovation. As they expand their technical capabilities, we’re helping them find an IT Operations Lead to join their close-knit team and take ownership of day-to-day IT operations across the organisation.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading and supporting the business’s IT function, from user onboarding/offboarding to day-to-day troubleshooting.
  • Managing hardware and device life cycles, from procurement through to secure decommissioning.
  • Supporting teams across multiple locations, ensuring systems are secure, reliable, and fit for purpose.
  • Collaborating with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver effective IT solutions.
  • Developing processes and documentation around disaster recovery, continuity planning, and compliance.
  • Driving improvements to infrastructure, cloud services, and data security protocols.

What we’re looking for:

  • Solid experience in IT operations, ideally in a hands-on environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Android and Google Workspace.
  • Aware of cloud services (particularly AWS) and network security best practices.
  • Comfortable working across teams in a self-managed, high-accountability culture.
  • Clear communicator who can simplify complex IT matters for non-technical colleagues.
  • Well-organised, proactive, and calm under pressure.
