Hawkwood are currently partnering with a disruptive Consumer Tech scale-up in their search for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner.

The Role:
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead hiring across both technical and commercial functions, while partnering closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition on wider strategic initiatives to support the company’s next stage of growth.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Owning the end-to-end recruitment process across roles across the business with a focus on Product, Data & Engineering (from partnering with hiring managers and advising on hiring through to sourcing, interviewing, and managing offers).
- Designing and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience, ensuring every interaction reflects the company values and leaves a positive impression, regardless of the outcome.
- Actively contribute to building a diverse and inclusive team by impacting inclusive hiring practices.
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers, providing expert guidance on talent acquisition strategies, market insights, and best practices, while also promoting D&I considerations in their hiring decisions.
- Utilising data and metrics to track progress, identify areas for improvement in both efficiency and D&I outcomes, and provide insightful dashboards on hiring.
- Partner with the Head of Talent to showcase the business as an employer of choice through employer branding initiatives.
- Proactively explore and suggest opportunities to leverage AI-powered tools to enhance various stages of the recruitment process.
About You:
- You are willing to recruit both technical and non-technical roles but have some prior experience recruiting for technical roles within tech companies. Ideally this would be a mix of in-house and agency experience.
- Able to take ownership of your hiring pipelines and stakeholders.
- You’ll be skilled at managing complex stakeholder relationships, as well as holding yourself accountable to a high standard of delivery.
- Strong direct sourcing expertise.
- Skilled at building and maintaining diverse hiring pipelines.
- DEI is important to our client and they are always striving to improve hiring practices to ensure they can reach the widest audience possible.
- Comfortable working independently but loves collaborating with a wider TA team.
- Organised, fast-moving, and enjoys working in a scaling environment.
- Experienced with (or quick to learn) applicant tracking systems – familiarity with Greenhouse is a plus.
