- Be an excellent EYFS teacher who can supporthigh quality provision, teaching and assessment and lead the Foundation StageUnit

- demonstrate a passion for teaching and be apractitioner that others can be inspired by
- possess excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with parents and deploy staff effectively
- be creative in inspiring, nurturing andmotivating our children and staff

- Prepared to be hardworking and well organised!
- be committed to achieving the best outcome forevery child
- support the implementation of the SchoolImprovement Action Plan in order to ensure consistency of practice, standardsand expectations
