Experienced Contracts Advisor required for an ongoing contract/agency role, working on behalf of our client, a leading energy design engineering & construction company, based at their UK head office in London. The role encompasses deployment of Contract Management activities for our client\’s London hub, covering a new carbon capture pipeline project based in the North Sea. Proven experience negotiating and executing offshore construction contracts is essential for this role. Job Specification: Review and qualify or draft different types of contracts, including but not limited to: engineering, procurement, Construction,(EPC) transportation and installation, service contracts, as well as associated confidentiality agreements, non-disclosure and restrictive use agreements; partnership/consortium/joint venture/alliance agreements, subcontract agreements Prepare Contract Summaries on tender/project specific basis Advise Company and Corporate Management on the main contractual risks, identifying and proposing contractual mitigation actions Negotiate the contractual instruments with the counterparties in the best interests of the Company and in accordance with Company risk policies Support the Project Management teams in the determination of claims and contract management strategies , in the preparation and evalu…
