Our client, a fast-growing leader in the high-performance NoSQL database space, is seeking a dynamic and driven Enterprise Account Executive to expand their presence across the EMEA region. This is a unique opportunity to join a cutting-edge technology company transforming the data infrastructure of global enterprises.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive new business by identifying, engaging, and closing enterprise-level accounts across EMEA
- Manage complex sales cycles with technical and executive stakeholders
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed revenue goals
- Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver value-driven solutions
- Represent our client at industry events, trade shows, and virtual engagements
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, ideally in the database, infrastructure, or cloud ecosystem
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding £1M+ quotas in new business revenue
- Strong network and experience selling into Global 2000 companies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-starter with a hunter mentality and the ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
- Fluency in English; additional European languages a plus
