As a Systems Engineer, you’ve loved having a holistic overview of a wider system. Understanding all aspects of it and hopping in on specifics where needed; you might even fancy yourself an SME in one of these areas. But lately you’ve been pigeon-holed into one area and don’t get to see all aspects of the product end-to-end.
With this opportunity, you’ll get to push your focus far, with a broad focus project to project working on next generation tech – UAVs! As an organisation, they can design, build and test all in one area. So have a true ability to rapid prototype with speed, fail fast and reiterate to meet changing demands. It’s an environment that is challenging and given the geopolitical landscape for drone technology, requires out the box thinking!
Your role will be a Systems Engineer (we are hiring from Senior to Lead level). You’ll be in a multiskilled team who have ownership of their area and a platform for creativity. You get exposure to lots of teams, and the entire project – so each sprint can be different and what you work on has nuances. You aren’t expected to know it all, which is why they have one of the most tangible L&D policies available to keep nurturing your desire to learn.
Ideally you have experience of:
- Systems Engineering
- 3+ years Leadership Experience
- Electro-Mechanical or UAV systems knowledge
- Focus on Test & Integration
