In Manchester, they have a growing and established projects team of circa 30 professionals of Project Managers, Building Surveyors and PQS Quantity Surveyors. Delivering industry-leading solutions across large-scale developments. With project values at circa £200 million, they play a key role in infrastructure, mixed-use residential, commercial offices, and logistics projects.
Their flexible working approach ensures people thrive; some individuals operating across multiple sectors, while others focus on specialist areas – it’s your choice. As a business they work with Project Quantity Surveyors to carve a career in the direction that suits you.
The team follows a hybrid working model (minimums two days a week in the office) the team generally opting for a bit more office time, but also accommodating employees that prefer a more remote setup.

Duties include:
- Engaging in meetings with clients, collaborating within diverse professional teams, and overseeing project execution.
- Assessing financial aspects and providing guidance on alternative solutions.
- Taking charge of contractual agreements and defining the conditions for construction projects.
- Overseeing cost factors related to construction techniques, material selection, project scale, and quality to maintain financial control.
- Preparing detailed tender documentation, including Bills of Quantities.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and upholding quality standards across all project phases.
MRICS qualification is highly desirable but they will also consider individuals qualified by experience.
