The Role
MVF’s Paid Social team is looking for an experienced Paid Social Manager to drive the growth and success of our Paid Social campaigns. In this role, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of high-performing Paid Social campaigns to achieve commercial goals, while also managing and mentoring a team of specialists.
As a Paid Social Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the direction of our campaigns, collaborating cross-functionally with key teams, and ensuring continuous improvement of our Paid Social marketing performance.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Lead the creation, optimization, and scaling of Paid Social campaigns to drive growth and exceed commercial targets.
- Creative Leadership: Collaborate with the in-house creative design team to ensure high-performing creative and compelling ad copy.
- Market & Product Research: Partner with Operations and Sales teams to understand client needs, providing data-driven insights that inform compelling, targeted creative.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency on campaign performance and opportunities.
- Problem Solving & Innovation: Lead the team in creative and innovative approaches to campaign challenges, driving new ways to reach and engage target audiences.
- Thought Leadership: Contribute to the development of the overall strategy and stay ahead of industry trends, bringing fresh ideas and leading by example.
- Team Development & Mentorship: Manage and mentor a team of Paid Social specialists, helping them grow professionally and ensuring the team meets its objectives.
- Project Execution: Oversee high-value projects, ensuring successful delivery and continuous process improvement to elevate the team’s capabilities.
Our Ideal MVFer:
- A minimum of 4+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience (direct response/lead generation/e-commerce) across multiple Paid Social platforms.
- Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, with a strong understanding of other Paid Social platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
- Proven experience leading a team, with a passion for mentoring and developing junior talent.
- Strong creative vision, with experience designing or conceptualizing high-performing creative and writing persuasive ad copy.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with a comfort in working with large data sets and translating them into actionable insights.
- Experience in developing clear and logical campaign testing strategies, with a focus on clear hypotheses and measurable outcomes.
- Passion for digital marketing and Paid Social channels, with a forward-thinking approach to industry changes and trends.
