I have a fantastic opportunity for a Workday Technical Integrations Lead to join a Global Workday End-User based in London on a hybrid working basis. I am looking for an individual who has exceptional skills across Workday Integrations from both a strategic and hands-on perspective who wants to take ownership of the Workday Integrations Landscape whilst upskilling the business on best practice and the technical future of the Workday Product Suite.
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED
- 3+ yearsβ experience as a Workday Integrations Lead/Manager with strong hands-on skills across Workday Integrations and associated areas such as Workday Studio, Core connectors, EIBS's, Calculated Fields, XML/XSLT, Reporting.
- The ability to act as the go-to Workday Integrations Specialist within the business being a critical member of the senior Workday team with the over-arching view of the integrations landscape providing both technical and strategic expertise to the organisation.
- Proven ability to support existing integrations along with building new integrations.
- The ability in upskilling technical team members on Workday Best Practices and providing knowledge transfer to the business.
- Excellent Stakeholder Management skills, with the ability to provide technical knowledge transfer to a variety of audiences.
- Workday Extend experience and knowledge will be highly desirable.
This role will be ideal for an individual who has an exceptional Workday Integrations Background who is actively looking to take ownership of the Integrations suite and have an immediate impact.
