Are you a skilled Electro-Mechanical Engineer with a passion for problem-solving and customer service? We're looking for a Site-Based Maintenance Engineer to join a global leader in special-purpose machinery, based at a customer site in Birmingham. In this permanent, full-time role, you'll deliver high-quality maintenance and engineering support, ensuring state-of-the-art machines run efficiently and reliably. You’ll be a key point of contact for the customer, providing both reactive and preventative maintenance while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
What you’ll do:
- Perform planned and reactive maintenance on complex machinery
- Provide first-time fixes and thorough diagnostics on breakdowns
- Ensure machines meet or exceed performance expectations
- Build strong daily working relationships with customer contacts
