This is a remote-based role covering the UK and Ireland, offering an exciting opportunity to work with innovative technology and drive growth in an expanding market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow market share across the UK and Ireland
• Identify, approach, and close new business opportunities
• Manage and expand existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Work closely with the internal design and engineering teams to offer tailored solutions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activity
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and territory plans

Requirements:

• Proven track record in new business development and increasing sales in current accounts.
• Experience selling fibre optic connectors and/or cables
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment
