SC Cleared Devops Engineer

Lead DevOps Engineer (SC Cleared) 6 Months Hybrid – London 2-4 times per month £600 per day (Inside IR35) ***Please note – The selected candidate MUST HAVE Active Security Clearance*** Job Summary The objective of this role is to play a key part in the delivery of design, build, and development and integration activities for my client. They have a number of use cases predicated on a secure corporate enterprise data store that can be scaled to the business future needs; both in terms of capacity and performance. The selected candidate must have extensive experience in the installation, management and use of the Elastic stack and elastic Cloud Enterprise (ECE) deployments, as this role will need to manage ECE upgrades, Analyse integration issues between software/infrastructure components and investigate data issues where they arise. Principle use cases to be managed/delivered within this role will be forensic storage for both application and system audit, application performance metrics and the on boarding of a number of sizeable data sources. Data sources will be exposed both through a RESTFUL API and in stack visualisations. Whilst providing expertise in architectural and development deliverables, it is expected that this role will play a key part in project activities from early initiatives through to the transition of services into formal support.
