We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our Revenue Growth Management (RGM) team, supporting leading Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) organizations. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role responsible for driving technical onboarding and ongoing success for enterprise customers across Europe. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and customer success teams to deliver seamless implementations, integrations, and continuous improvements that enable our clients to fully leverage our AI-powered platform for smarter pricing, promotion, and trade investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage implementation plans, timelines, and key milestones
- Lead technical onboarding for new enterprise customers, ensuring smooth implementation
- Translate customer requirements into actionable technical deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive successful execution
- Provide ongoing technical support for existing customers, including change requests and system upgrades
- Identify and resolve technical challenges that may impact customer satisfaction or delivery

Required Qualifications:
