Job Title: PPC Manager (B2B)
Location: London – Hybrid (3 days in-office)
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 DOE + Bonus

A long-established creative agency with a growing performance marketing function is looking for a PPC Manager to join its expanding team. With over 20 years of industry presence, the agency recently launched a specialist performance division that has quickly become its fastest-growing area.
The agency works across a variety of sectors including B2B technology, property, healthcare, and hospitality – focusing on lead generation rather than eCommerce. The team is collaborative, forward-thinking, and based in a modern, multi-floor studio in London, with a flexible approach to work and learning.
Roles & Responsibilities
As PPC Manager, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end paid media campaigns, with a focus on B2B and lead generation clients. You’ll be part of a growing performance team and play a key role in campaign delivery, strategy, and optimisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading on PPC strategy, execution, and reporting
- Managing a portfolio of B2B and B2C lead gen clients
- Collaborating with client services and creative teams
- Analysing data to optimise campaign performance
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members (indirectly)
- Working with budgets ranging from £1,000 to £100,000 per month
- Staying current with trends in performance marketing and tools
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years’ experience in a PPC-focused role (agency preferred)
- Strong understanding of B2B and lead generation marketing
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and campaign optimisation
- Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, A/B testing, and attribution models (preferred)
- Bonus: exposure to Paid Social platforms and CRO tools
- Confident communicator with a data-driven approach
