Role Overview: The Investor Relations Senior Associate will be a key member of the Real Estate team, responsible for servicing institutional investors across Europe. This role will focus exclusively on the firm's real estate funds, ensuring that investors receive top-tier service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investor Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional investors, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring a seamless investor experience.
- Fund Reporting: Prepare and deliver detailed reports on fund performance, market trends, and investment strategies to investors.
- Client Servicing: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective investors, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute marketing materials, presentations, and other investor communications.
- Event Coordination: Organise and participate in investor meetings, conferences, and events to promote the firm's real estate funds.
