About the Role:We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Operative to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for keeping the site and facilities in excellent working condition, helping to ensure smooth daily operations across the premises.

Key Responsibilities for the maintenance operative:

• Carrying out general maintenance and handyman tasks across the site
• Attending to urgent repair jobs in the factory and surrounding grounds
• Performing routine checks and maintenance on equipment such as AHU units
• Fixing doors, gates, flooring, and other site infrastructure
• Supporting the maintenance team with both planned and reactive maintenance tasks

Ideal Candidate for the maintenance operative:

• Previous experience in a general maintenance or facilities role
• Hands-on, practical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
• Flexible and adaptable with a can-do attitude
• Experience in an industrial or factory setting is an advantage
