Are you an experienced trade manager or senior salesperson ready to take the next step? We're looking for a hands-on Branch Manager to lead Oxford Plumbing Supplies part of UK Plumbing Supplies, the UK's largest independent plumbing and heating merchant group.
Youll take full control of your sites performance with autonomy over local decisions on stock, sales, pricing, staffing, and customer relationships. This is a rare chance to manage your own P&L, drive local growth, and build a profitable business with the backing of a national brand.

What Youll Be Doing

– Leading all day-to-day site operations including trade counter, warehouse, admin, and delivery

– Setting local sales strategy to drive customer growth and profitability

– Managing, coaching, and developing your branch team

– Building strong local relationships with plumbing and trade customers

– Overseeing stock, purchasing, cost control and site overheads

– Ensuring site compliance, safety and high operational standards

What Were Looking For

– Proven leadership experience in a trade counter, merchant, or plumbing/heating supplies setting

– Commercially astute confident with profit & loss, margins and cost control

– Strong local market knowledge and a customer-first approach

– Proactive, hands-on, and confident making fast decisions

– Excellent communicator with team management skills

– Full UK driving licence (essential)
