Marylebone\’s most exciting restaurant is seeking a confident, organized Sous Chef with a passion for culinary excellence, a charismatic personality and a love for using seasonal and fresh produce to make exceptional dishes. They have just won their first Michelin star in their first year!

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in high-volume, upscale Michelin restaurants.
  • Enjoys engaging with guests from the chef\’s counter.
  • Dynamic personality, high energy, and creativity.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on innovative menus with the Head Chef.
  • Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring high standards.
  • Interact with guests for a unique dining experience.
  • Maintain a clean, organized kitchen.

Work Schedule:

  • 3 doubles 1 single shift
  • Operating hours: 8 am – 11 pm. Closed between Lunch and Dinner.
