Role: As the Contracts Manager, you will oversee multiple Decent Homes projects, managing both the on-site construction teams and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities: * Project Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of Decent Homes projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards. * Team Leadership: Lead site teams, including Site Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and subcontractors, ensuring smooth project execution and a positive working environment. * Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact with clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. * Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure that all projects adhere to health and safety regulations and company procedures, conducting regular site inspections and audits. * Budget Control: Work closely with the commercial team to manage project costs, ensuring value for money while maintaining quality standards. * Subcontractor Management: Source, appoint, and manage subcontractors, ensuring that works are completed on schedule and to the required specifications. * Program Management: Develop and maintain detailed project programs, monitoring progress and adjusting plans where necessary to avoid delays. * Quality Control: Ensure high standards of workmanship are maintained throughout the project, conducting quality checks and addressing any issues that arise.
