Key Responsibilities:
- Lead internal audits across our ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 Management Systems
- Drive our Non-Conformance Process, including customer complaints and supplier quality
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions
- Maintain documentation integrity for ISO management systems
- Provide quality assurance to our Senior Management Team during rapid growth
What You'll Need:
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 management systems
- Lead or Internal Auditor qualifications (ISO 9001 essential)
- Experience with quality tools like 8D, FMEA, and SPC
- Manufacturing environment experience
- Problem-solving mindset and collaborative approach
