The Role

Are you ready to take a senior role within a growing, ambitious agency where paid media plays a critical role in driving real commercial impact for clients?

As a Senior Paid Media Manager you’ll own and shape paid media strategy across a mix of ecommerce and lead-gen clients, working closely with client teams to turn performance insight into clear, confident recommendations.

You’ll be trusted to lead campaigns end-to-end, bring a strong point of view, and help raise the standard of paid media delivery across the agency, while also having space to influence how the service evolves. If you enjoy combining hands-on expertise with strategic thinking, and want to be part of a collaborative team that values quality, curiosity and commercial impact, this role offers real scope to grow.

Responsibilities

• 5+ years’ agency experience leading paid media accounts and delivering consistent commercial results
• Deep ecommerce expertise, including product feeds, Google Merchant Centre and performance-led retail campaigns
• Proven ability to set and own paid media strategy, with confidence managing budgets, optimisation and outcomes
• Comfortable acting as a senior client partner, turning performance data into clear, persuasive recommendations
• Experienced in raising standards and sharing expertise, particularly around ecommerce best practice
• Commercially minded, proactive, and trusted to make strong decisions with minimal oversight
