We have an opportunity for an Export Administrator to join an automotive distribution company with a rich history of customer excellence. The company is offering a basic salary of £26k, a performance-related bonus, 25 days of holidays, and Monday to Friday hours. The company does not work bank holidays. The role: * Manage all shipping administration to make sure our consignments are fulfilled on time. * Prepare commercial invoices and relevant documents for the transit of goods. * Producing all export documentation in line with UK custom export requirements. * Consult with carriers and chambers to ensure goods are efficiently dispatched with cost and service being considered. * Feedback on all issues with internal customers on delays and commercial price or duty queries. * Provide routine administration support to the operations team when needed, this will include learning new skills within the business including goods inwards. * To become an integral part of the Operations Administration team and a valued multiskilled team member.
