Are you a confident and professional individual with a passion for delivering outstanding client service? Our client, a leading property management firm with stunning City-based offices, is seeking a Receptionist / Front of House Coordinator to join their team.
This is a high-profile, client-facing role where no two days are the same. You\’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a warm welcome and a smooth front-of-house experience in a busy, modern building. You\’ll also assist with pop-up events and client engagement initiatives, making this a dynamic and rewarding opportunity.
The Role:
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff
- Managing a busy reception desk in a high-end corporate environment
- Supporting events and engagement activities for clients in the building
- Liaising with building users and stakeholders to ensure excellent service
- Providing administrative support and working collaboratively with a small, close-knit team
About You:
- Experience in a professional reception, hospitality, or high-end retail role (1–2 years minimum)
- Outstanding communication skills and a polished, professional manner
- Highly organised, proactive, and client-service focused
- Ambitious, reliable, and keen to build a long-term career
- Candidates on Tier 5 Youth Mobility Visas at the start of their term will be considered, provided relevant experience is in place
