Their specialisms are real estate, banking and finance, commercial, corporate, employment, dispute resolution and litigation.
The Job: On behalf of our client we are seeking a Temporary Quality Assurance Officer. This is on a 3 month temporary contract with the review to extending to 6 months. Joining a busy team within a legal firm you will be working in a fast paced environment and will be supporting them with a sampling and quality testing project.
Responsibilities will include:
- To complete a number of audits and call reviews of the work carried out by the operational team to assess quality, compliance of regulations/policy documents, and customer outcomes.
- Sampling work for training programmes through live Q&A work reviews, reviewing tasks, and completing allocated audits.
- Supporting the training of new starters and providing support and management of development plans.
- Providing face to face feedback and coaching.
- Set up of training sessions, monitoring attendees and record keeping.
The Person: For this role, our client is looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience coaching and providing feedback to colleagues.
- Ideally experience in a regulated environment.
- Quality review experience.
- Ensure that all work is accurate and with strong attention to detail.
- Experience of working within a volume caseload environment.
The Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm
The Location: Central Bristol, no car parking
The Salary: Up to £16.92 per hour
