We are a team of 120+ experts specialising in three distinct business pillars: Sport, Brands, and Entertainment. Our expertise includes:
- Sport: Consulting on and delivering premium hospitality, guest management programmes, sponsorship activations, racing, fan zones, touring kits, and opening ceremonies.
- Brands: Delivering B2B and B2C experiences including conferences, product launches, award ceremonies, exhibitions, and parties.
- Entertainment: Producing spectacular live shows and touring music concerts.

The role involves supporting the business growth of TBA, ensuring that TBA is positioned as a trusted agency partner to clients by delivering events seamlessly and efficiently. Key responsibilities include:
- Client Servicing: Act as the main contact for client relationships, develop long-term partnerships, drive accounts forward, and ensure high standards of delivery.
- Brand & Digital Strategy: Provide strategic input in the development and management of client brands, collaborate with design and digital teams, and scope digital projects.
- Team Responsibilities: Oversee project delivery, ensure quality standards, and lead post-debriefs.
- Financial Management: Oversee financial management of accounts, provide regular financial reports, and grow new revenue streams.
- Business Development: Produce yearly account plans, drive client pitches, and develop a new business pipeline.
