We are a team of 120+ experts specialising in three distinct business pillars: Sport, Brands, and Entertainment. Our expertise includes:
- Sport: Consulting on and delivering premium hospitality, guest management programmes, sponsorship activations, racing, fan zones, touring kits, and opening ceremonies.
- Brands: Delivering B2B and B2C experiences including conferences, product launches, award ceremonies, exhibitions, and parties.

The role involves supporting the business growth of TBA, ensuring that TBA is positioned as a trusted agency partner to clients by delivering events seamlessly and efficiently. The Account Director will manage TBA’s effectiveness over several clients, exceeding client expectations and growing allocated client accounts while identifying and converting new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Client Servicing: Act as the main contact for client relationships, develop long-term partnerships, drive accounts forward, and ensure high standards of delivery.
- Brand & Digital Strategy: Provide strategic input in managing client brands and collaborate with design and digital teams.
- Team Responsibilities: Oversee project delivery, quality standards, and resource allocation.
- Financial Management: Ensure timely invoicing, provide financial reports, and grow new revenue streams.
- Business Development: Produce yearly account plans, drive client pitches, and develop a new business pipeline.
