As an Associate in this Planning and Environmental team, you will:
-Join an award-winning national team that handles a wide variety of contentious and non-contentious matters.
-Work on high-profile projects including new road, rail, airport and port schemes and significant urban developments.
-Provide advisory services on complex planning applications, Section 106 and Section 278 agreements, and environmental impact assessments.
-Represent planning authorities on CPO work, enforcement issues, High Court litigation, and public inquiries.
-Participate in planning and environmental due diligence on commercial and corporate transactions.
To be successful in your application for this Planning Associate vacancy, you will have:
-0 – 3 years’ PQE with experience in planning and environmental law.
-A strong academic background.
-Excellent technical skills with an innovative approach to their application.
