Lead Full Stack Developer £50-65K per annum + benefits Hybrid working – Mostly remote with some time needed in Portsmouth office Company & role. An industry disrupting start up, who are building their service offering backed by innovative technology are bringing software development in-house and are now seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer to spear head the next phase in their success story. The role will offer you the chance to play a key role with the opportunity to truly have your voice heard. Your responsibilities will include: Shape and drive their technology strategy. Lead the development and integration of tech offerings and internal processes. Design and architect new product features and enhancements, collaborating with off-shore resources as required. Define and develop the technology roadmap with the business founders. Key skills needed Proven experience as a full-stack software developer. Strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL database design and troubleshooting. Extensive knowledge of .NET/C# and industry best practices. Experience in integrating third-party applications and developing middleware. Strong leadership skills and ability to guide and manage off-shore development teams. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders. Ability to define project scopes and ensure timely, budget-compliant delivery.
