Join our client on large commercial projects as a Mechanical Senior Project Manager.

Our client is one of Europe's biggest construction and building services contractors and is looking to grow their M&E delivery team for large commercial projects in Central London. As a result of a stable history of winning work, there is an opportunity to work on large commercial buildings with substantial M&E packages (£50 million plus). Key responsibilities:
- The Mechanical Senior Project Manager will provide regular progress updates to the M&E Project Director, maintaining clear communication and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead, manage, and mentor different project team members.
- The Mechanical Project Manager will oversee the design, development, and installation of mechanical systems
- The Mechanical Senior Project Manager will be responsible for looking after the total project mechanical package, with project ranges from £15 – £35m
- The Mechanical Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing and building relationships with subcontractors and the wider engineering teams.
- The Mechanical Senior Project Manager will manage the engineering team from PCSA project inception to final handover, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards.
Skills and Background:
- The Mechanical Senior Project Manager will have delivered mechanical packages/ projects from pre construction through to commissioning/ PC, with a strong background in mechanical engineering on projects valued between £15 million and £20 million.
- Experience leading a team of engineers, project managers, and construction managers
- The Mechanical Project Manager will help drive health and safety, help create a positive working environment, deal with conflict fairly and help ensure a productive and positive site.
