Job Description Location: London Permanent Salary: 50k Purpose: To ensure the smooth running of the Global offices and support the wider business in daily operations and functions; whilst being a key point of contact for teams, contractors, and customers. Responsibilities: Opening and closing of the UK offices Management of office travel (both domestic and international) Management of office health and safety and suppliers such as cleaners, ad hoc caterers, maintenance to ensure the office and facilities are maintained and office inductions Managing the fire alarm systems in the offices Working alongside internal teams to answer phone and email enquiries Event management for the office from corporate lunches through to summer parties and socials Assisting with onboarding new members of staff or exiting leavers Diary and meeting room management for wider team meetings Managing mail, invoices & POs, credit card allocation as well as other administrative and reception duties Review and implement / write risk assessments where necessary Liaising with the management companies Coordinating and managing any office related projects Experience H…
