VHR is seeking an ambitious and proactive Growth Marketing Executive to support our mission to drive business growth through lead generation. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with approximately one year of hands-on experience in B2B marketing, particularly in lead generation campaigns. You will collaborate with experienced marketers and play a key role in expanding our client base within high-performance industries such as aviation & aerospace, F1, automotive, and engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation Support
- Assist in executing inbound and outbound lead generation campaigns.
- Help identify and target key industry decision-makers using data-driven strategies.
- Support the team in managing and growing a qualified pipeline of prospects.
- Contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly KPIs for marketing-sourced leads.
- Campaign Execution & Content Support
- Coordinate the creation and delivery of B2B content including emails, landing pages, case studies, and newsletters.
- Support content scheduling and ensure messaging aligns with campaign objectives.
- Assist with campaign planning, launch, and follow-up activities.
- LinkedIn Outreach & Engagement
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and organic outreach to research, identify, and connect with target audiences.
- Support the development and execution of outreach messaging to engage potential leads.
- Monitor response rates and engagement metrics, providing insight into optimisation opportunities.
- CRM & Marketing Automation Assistance
- Help manage and maintain the marketing CRM (Bullhorn or Vincere) including lead tagging, segmentation, and data hygiene.
- Support lead nurturing activities through email sequences, automated follow-ups, and list-building initiatives.
- Monitor campaign engagement and assist in refining automation workflows.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Provide support in collecting and analysing key performance data such as email open rates, click-through rates, and lead conversions.
- Help prepare regular reports on campaign performance for internal stakeholders.
- Contribute insights and ideas for optimisation based on campaign analytics.
Requirements:
- Approximately 1-2 years of experience in B2B marketing or a similar commercial role, ideally with a focus on lead generation.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Strong communication and writing skills, with an ability to grasp technical subject matter.
- Detail-oriented, data-literate, and eager to learn and grow within a dynamic team.
