Regional Sales Manager – £55,000

Location: Remote + covering Northern England, Scotland, N.I.

Your experience managing dealer networks and sales teams will be valued here, where leadership isn\’t just about hitting targets but about building lasting business relationships across the North.

You will be a strong sales leader, with commercial vehicle, Aftermarket or OEM experience.

What you’ll be doing:

As a Regional Sales Manager, covering Northern England/Scotland & N.I. You will drive revenue growth across a Northern England territory with a £40M annual target responsibility. You will lead a high-performing sales team while developing and strengthening valuable dealer network relationships within the business.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven sales leadership and regional management experience
• Parts sales knowledge would be ideal but not essential
• Commercial vehicle, Aftermarket or OEM experience
• Experience leading teams with large area targets
• Confident with stakeholder management
