We are seeking a highly experienced Project Controls Manager in Manchester, UK, to lead the controls function on a nationally significant multi-billion-pound infrastructure programme. The role is hybrid based and will pay up to £100,000 + benefits.

Key Project Controls Management Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage integrated project control systems (cost, schedule, risk, performance).
  • Lead cost engineering, earned value management (EVM), planning, and risk disciplines.
  • Interface with planning, commercial, engineering, and delivery teams.
  • Deliver strategic insights through accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Build and lead a high-performing project controls team.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Expert in Project Controls within major civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong NEC3/NEC4 contract knowledge.
