We are a small and friendly firm of chartered accountants based in Cheltenham, providing a wide range of services to individuals, owner-managed businesses, and SMEs. We are looking for a reliable and proactive Part-Time (15-20 hrs a week) Administrator to support our team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- General office administration, including answering phone calls and managing emails
- Organising client records and maintaining filing systems (physical and digital)
- Assisting with client onboarding and document collection (e.g. ID and compliance paperwork)
- Supporting the team with ad hoc tasks such as data entry and correspondence
Ideal Candidate:
