Aspire People are currently seeking experienced Teaching Assistants to work in the Derby and surrounding areas so if you are looking for a new role and have experience in this area then please get in touch. About the role You will have the chance to be assisting the teaching of lessons to children aged 3 to 5, forming relationships with both staff and students. You will be helping to build students learning foundations of future subjects through various activities encouraging fun learning. There is also a range of other opportunities within a school environment including before and after school club support as well as nursery nurse roles. Requirements To be considered for the role of Early Years Teaching Assistant you will: * Have a DBS that is registered on the update service or be able to apply for a new DBS. * Be able to secure references to cover the last two years. * Have at least 2 weeks of relevant, school based work. * Be a welcoming influence on the classroom and individual's learning. You will also need to give feedback to the class teacher on this learning. * Be able to form meaningful working relationships with both staff and students.
