Senior HRIS Analyst

Central London – 2 days a week

Fruition Group are working with a global tech organisation based in London, they are an innovative supplier of customer loyalty solutions such as products and services across: Loyalty, Lifestyle Benefits and Insurance. They are looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst to help them implement Workday across the business and oversee the BAU activities post-implementation.

They are going through a large scale tech transformation and are rolling out Workday as their new HR system across the business.

Your Responsibilities:

Serve as a SME for all core HRIS modules, providing consultative and functional assistance to end users.
Deliver technical-functional support, troubleshooting system issues, and recommending effective solutions.
Lead configuration and design efforts, including system maintenance, testing, and upgrades.
Coordinate testing and implementation of HRIS patches and new releases with HR and IT teams.
Drive process improvement initiatives and system harmonisation projects.
Design and document system processes, workflows, and user guidelines.
Create and manage HR metrics and dashboards, delivering data-driven insights.
Ensure HRIS data integrity through regular audits and proactive issue resolution.
Mentor junior HRIS team members and champion best practice standards.
Support HRIS implementations and act as a liaison with IT and project teams.

Key Skills:

Workday experience is desirable.
HRIS system analysis is essential.
Analytical skills, include strong BI reporting.
Process improvement.
Understanding of HR processes and compliance within a global business.
Proven track record of leading HR systems projects through the full lifecycle.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
